Feeling stressed, anxious or tired? Or living your best life and on cloud 9?

Sound meditation has the power to heal and improve your body's energy with sound frequencies and vibrations.

For 15-years, Tai has been guiding individuals towards inner peace, emotional balance, and spiritual wellness through a combination of ancient wisdom from his travels to 40 countries.

You don't want to miss this!

WEAR: Comfortable clothes

BRING: Your intention for the practice; open mind; yoga mat (a few are available); water (optional)

WHAT TO EXPECT: A safe, calm, relaxing environment. Class starts promptly at 7pm with breathwork and meditation, followed by the sound bath and concludes with breathwork and meditation. Various instruments are used when Tai walks around the room to balance your energies.

WHAT'S PROVIDED: Yoga mats (a few are available); blankets; towels to cover your eyes; water

ENTRY: Look for the "Still Yoga" sign above the glass doors and proceed to take the stairs at the end of the hallway. Can't miss it, as the stairs lead directly into the studio.

PARKING: Available in the lot for free and on the street.

RULES & EXPECTATIONS

• RSVPS are required in order to attend events
• By participating in group activities, you are responsible for your preparedness and well-being and will hold no one else liable in case of injury or mishap. You agree not to hold Organizers or any other members responsible for any injuries, mishaps, or any other situation that may happen at a planned event.
• We encourage members to follow local health ordinances. Organizers cannot guarantee participants are vaccinated and are not active carriers of COVID-19. Any liability in this regard ultimately lies with the participant.
• Participants will be invited to take part in group photos which will be shared on this Meetup page and on social media. Taking part in a group photo is optional, just let the organizers know in advance if you do not want to be photographed.
• Pictures taken during events are shared on our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram!
