What we’re about

In-person course designed to help you overcome social awkwardness/anxiety.

There's a very big problem I see that consumes the air around us [especially in London]. People being socially awkward in public situations and not striking up conversations with people they wish they could.

I'm offering a solution to this by teaching you first-hand how to strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere, at any time. So that you can create an opportunity out of nothing. Even if you're just able to complement a stranger on their cool jacket, it will make their day.

Human connection is a primal need just as much as eating and sleeping; the main aim of this course is to provide you with opportunities and skills to meet new people, where previously you thought wasn't possible.

Course consists of statistics on social anxiety, in-class exercises, role play scenarios to practice as well as real world practice with in-field practicals in parks, malls, cafe's, etc.

Why listen to me? I'm just a guy... with tons of real-life experience doing this myself in different situations [in gyms, on trains, in the street, on beaches, in cafe's, etc.]. All whilst being on my own. I've experienced first-hand the benefits this can bring [new friends, contacts and business opportunities]. Once you start talking to someone new, they're almost always much friendlier than the image you portrayed in your head and really appreciate you approaching them as we're all craving that human connection.

I myself suffered from social anxiety for a long time throughout high school/college and even now it's still [and always will be] challenging approaching new people, but I have been able to largely overcome this just by jumping straight into the deep end and facing my fears.

Important: The caveat to this is not forcing people to speak to you by any means. If upon approach people don't want to be bothered, read their cues and leave them alone if they communicate this [both verbal and non-verbal cues]. After 1 try to say hello, walk away and leave them be.

It's time to regain social skills in an increasingly anti-social world.
