Lambton Park Touch Gridiron is for all ages, abilities, familiarity or otherwise. We don't pretend to be very good but we have a good time, maybe learn some skills and play a game. This is a non-contact game that is based on the rules, excitement and energy of American Football - but without all the annoying advertisement breaks. 9-9:30 for skills and drills, Game to start at 9:30. Every week is a work in progress but we keep it positive, exciting and friendly-competitive. Would love to have anyone come, without any commitment, to see if it is an interesting alternative sport to play and learn. We are a low-key, social group looking to have a weekly game - but without set teams or any necessary commitment, open to experienced players and newly interested people alike - male, female, athletic or otherwise. For equipment, the only thing you should bring is running shoes or studded football boots if you have them, and water. We have the balls, field setup and anything else required. Bearing in mind the ongoing considerations with COVID-19, RSV, and the flu and that some our our group live with or work with immunocompromised people we ask that if you have any child symptoms or are aware of any possible contact with someone suffering from one of those things recently that you take the conservative and considerate precaution of not attending. Barring that kindness, we are happy to have all comers.
