Join us for a medium-paced social ride to Kingston with coffee stop on the way back.

**Ride Depart at:** 6.30am from Captain Burke Park.

**Ride Pace**: 23-26+kph, adjusted for terrain, the impact of wind and the ability of the group.

**Terrain**: Few undulations. A mixture of bike paths, narrow shared paths and busy road sections. We will be riding through several local parklands which have staggered path barriers, we will have to slow down/walk through.

**Fitness/Requirements**: Suited experienced and fitter riders who can maintain a ride pace of 25+kph on flat.

**Bike**: **A road bike is recommended.** Mountain/Gravel/Hybrid/legal Ebikes are suitable but expect to work harder on flat surfaces.

**Cost**: **$2.00** is appreciated to help cover the cost of running this Meetup Group. Contribution can be paid directly to Kim via PayID: 0411951996. Thank you for your support.

**Bring**:

* a well-maintained bike.
* identification and emergency contact information,
* water bottles, snacks
* spare tube, repair kit,
* gold coin for donation,
* money for coffee and your big smile.

**RSVP**: It is important to rsvp to the event and keep your rsvp up to date.

**Route**: We will cycle along the V1 Bikeway to Macgregor and then via back streets, shared paths and busy roads to Kingston. Our return will be along the Slacks Creek Bikeway to rejoin the V1 bikeway back to Captain Burke Park.

**Wet Weather**: If the weather is not suitable, we will cancel the ride the night before for at least 1.5 hours before riding time. Please always check in prior to coming to the event for any last-minute updates.
