Come meet other Singles near you and expand your social circle. If you are looking for other singles, in their 40’s and 50’s, in the Buffalo area to meet up for drinks, comedy clubs, brunches, dinners, local festivals, sports, hikes, movies, and whatever you can suggest, then this is the group for you.

We are all about mingling with other singles whether you are a lifelong bachelorette/bachelor, newly divorced, or single for whatever reason. We will not be hosting lock 'n key events, or speed dating, as there are other meetups that specialize in those events. We are also NOT a hookup site, so please be respectful of other members and do not treat it as such.

This group is for:
*Fun and mature(ing) single women and men who are ready to meet new people.

*Singles available to participate in meetups, willing to interact with others, and generally create a fun life.

*Responsible individuals that will follow the "Ground Rules" set for this group.

GROUP GROUND RULES

[*]Be respectful towards fellow Socializers on the site and at the Meetups.

[*]To be a member you must answer all the profile questions and post a photo of yourself.(must be a profile type pic so event hosts can recognize you from it) Your membership will not be granted if a picture of you is not posted properly. Could you find the host if their profile photo was of a dog, or a building, or the sunset? You can re-join with a proper pic easily.

[*]Our primary focus is single women or men around the 40-59ish age range. I’m sure we will have members that may eventually date.  YOU are responsible for your relational rules, and respecting those that differ.

[*]Please be considerate when RSVPing “Yes”. If something comes up, change your RSVP. If it looks like you're in the habit of not showing up, or frequently changing at the last minute, you'll likely be kicked from the group.(Three no shows and you're out) This is especially important for events that require the host to reserve space.

[*]Please be respectful of others. Openly unfriendly acts towards another will be an insta-ban. This includes talking in an aggressive manner, whether in gossip, or openly towards the object of your attention. This also includes unwanted messaging. Again, we are NOT a hookup site, please do not message other members with those expectations. If a member is made to feel uncomfortable, I have no problem removing the source of their discomfort from the group.

[*]We would like our members to be active. We understand that you may be inactive for periods of time due to being in a relationship, work is crazy, you might just be a lurker until you're ready to be social, or you just don't have time available at certain points in your life. We will remove any members who have been inactive for one year. (You just have to interact with the website to be an Active member, not necessarily attend events.) You will be eligible to rejoin the group if desired.
