What is Social Fitness?
Social fitness is like going to the gym, but for your social muscles. While we often focus on physical health, social muscles are just as crucial and often overlooked. Building your social fitness boosts confidence, reduces anxiety, and strengthens relationships - helping you live longer and unlock your best self.

What do we do?
We host regular weekly meet-ups, workshops, and interactive sessions including our unique in-person 'social skydiving meetup' covering a range of topics—from reading body language, assertiveness, to overcoming the fear of rejection and building lasting social connections. Our goal is simple: to help you feel empowered and equipped in every interaction.

This week we're taking a deep dive into body language! What is it, how and why do we do what we do? Whether you’re meeting new people, speaking in front of a crowd, or just trying to make a great first impression, body language plays a huge role in how others see us—and how we feel about ourselves. Why can body language be so powerful / hard to resist? How powerful is it, really? And how can we use it to our advantage in situations where we might feel nervous, anxious or intimidated?
## What is a Social Fitness Session?
Social Fitness Sessions are 40 minute interactive workouts. Held weekly on Wednesdays, these sessions fit easily into your day—whether you're at work, on the go, or relaxing at home. Each session focuses on a different aspect of social fitness, helping attendees strengthen their "social muscles" through practice conversations, tools, and peer support. Sessions are lightly structured to keep things engaging - we'll start off with understanding theoretical concepts and then move onto partner based workouts, but if the group wants to explore a different angle or dive deeper into specific challenges, we’ll adapt.

Social Fitness Sessions are perfect for anyone looking to be effortless with their social skills, build confidence in social settings, and feel more comfortable connecting with others.
Our sessions tend to attract thoughtful individuals who value personal growth, meaningful conversations, and a supportive/like-minded community. Whether you identify as an introvert, extrovert, ambivert or somewhere in between—if this topic resonates with you, you’re very welcome here!

## What if I'm worried about talking on camera?
We understand that trying something new can feel daunting. These sessions are designed to be inclusive and supportive, allowing you to participate at your own pace.
If you prefer to start by observing or keeping your camera off, that’s absolutely fine. You’ll never be put on the spot, and all partner-based activities are optional. We’ll always explain the format in advance so you can decide how you’d like to take part.
## Your Facilitator
Sujith Sudhakar is a people-loving social skills coach with a passion for music, travel, and a good game of tennis. A natural introvert turned connection enthusiast, Sujith has spent years studying the art of communication across cultures, industries, and life situations. From his time as a police officer to leading teams in global software sales, he’s seen how powerful social skills and authentic connection can be. Now, in a fast paced tech-driven world - he’s on a mission to help others feel confident in their own skin while building meaningful relationships that last.
