🚊 MEETING POINT: (start & finish) Gosford station - at the entry/exit after tap on/off. Please use Google maps for exact location, not Meetup maps!

🥾 DISTANCE: 12km return.
🥾 GRADE: Easy/Moderate mostly on flat surfaces on a relaxing pace, not snail pace!
💪🏽 Reasonable fitness recommended due to few uneven rocky surfaces, gentle up and down hills and a bit of stair climbs on the bushwalk. Bush tracks expected to be wet, muddy and slippery in parts.

📸 WHAT TO EXPECT:
Let’s go and explore Gosford in the Central Coast. This Is a once a year event from this group. So don’t miss out! 😊
🚶‍♂️Upon arrival at Gosford station, we will proceed to Gosford Waterfront Market. A foods and goods-based market that supports local farmers, craftspeople, goods and service providers.
🚶After browsing the markets and a morning tea break, we will walk along the foreshore with a scenic views of Brisbane Waters looking across Point Clare, passing through local parks and reserves.
🚶‍♂️We will visit Regional Art Gallery and Japanese Gardens with free entry.
🍔 We will then walk back to the market for byo lunch. You may purchase from one of the stalls.
🌲 After lunch, we willl walk along the foreshore across the bridge towards the bush tracks and salt marsh mangroves area.
🚊 After exploring on a fun day out, we will head back to Gosford station.
📝 You’re welcome to have a drinks or bite to eat at Gosford RSL or hangout in the city centre and leave home at your leisure.

🎒WHAT TO BRING:
👕 Comfortable outfit for the weather preferably hiking gear. Jeans or cotton t-shirt may not be suitable for this walk.
👟 Regular walking or sports shoes is ok for this event.
💦 At least 1.5L of water, Hydralyte or sports energy drinks, snacks or packed lunch, hat, sunscreen and hand sanitiser.
⛑ Basic First Aid kit and a raincoat just in case of wet weather.
