Winscombe and Shute Shelve Circular 5 mile walk followed by Christmas Roast!!

Meet at 10:30am at the car park behind Woodborough Inn - BS25 1AE.

This walk takes us up Callow Drive with some amazing viewpoints. There are several fields with sheep in so if bringing dogs, there will be a fair bit of lead walking.

At points there are rougher stoney parts underfoot so appropriate footwear is recommended and, depending on weather, potential muddy parts.

We will stop halfway round for a cuppa and to take in the views.

The last part of the walk takes us along the flat of the strawberry line before returning to the pub.

A table has been booked at the Woodborough Inn for 14:00 for our Christmas meal. There are 25 spaces booked so please let us know when signing up for walk if you’re planning to stay for meal If you’re unable to stay for a roast you can join for a nice Christmas drink in the bar 🎄
