Canyon trail aka the back country of Shiloh Ranch Park is one of our favorite hikes. Come join the group for a brisk morning hike. Best for individuals with at least a moderate level of fitness.

Where We Meet
Shiloh Ranch Regional Park
5750 Faught Rd, Windsor, CA 95492

The Hike
Ridge, Creekside, Pond, Mark West Creek, Canyon and Big Leaf trails - A loop hike.
Length - 4.5 miles/ 7.24 kilometers
Elevation change - 650 feet/198 meters
Difficulty - 6 out of 10 - Moderately easy
Exposures - 30 % sun/70% shade - rocky, poison oak, ticks/ insects.
Bring plenty of water. At least 34 oz./1 liter.
Dogs - Not permitted
Facilities at trail head - Picnic tables, shade and restrooms
Cost - Suggested $5 cash donation. No one turned away!
Parking - $7 Regional Parks fee or free on the street.
Remember to wear appropriate hiking shoes, bring plenty of water, a hat, a snack and layered clothing.
Please Do Not Use Any scented products the day of a group hike!
Of course we will all look out for each other but ultimately, hikers are responsible for their own safety and well-being during hikes.

If your plans change after you sign up even if you're on the waitlist, please update your RSVP.
Do Not Attend if you are sick, running a fever, were exposed to or have tested positive for Covid-19 or Any other contagion!
Hike may be changed, rescheduled or cancelled in case of excessive heat, rain, smoke/AQI, illness, zombie apocalypse etc... Check your email the night before for any possible changes.
