Last week we took our one in six week "breather." Now, fully rested, we're ready to "ride hard" all the way through New Year's. Our event title entices us to "Be More Pacific." So LET'S take such wisdom to heart as we GO FULL-ON PACIFIC RIM AT BE MORE PACIFIC FILIPINO KITCHEN AND BAR ,,,,,a fan favorite that we haven't been to since June.

Often referred to as the "original fusion cuisine," Filipino dishes draw from Spanish, Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and American cultures - bridging the gap between the world's favorite flavors.
