This is a relatively flat loop heading south on the Greenway to Talent Ave, through Talent Downtown, and then Suncrest back to the Greenway and start point; 5.85 miles. Lately we've added a 2 mile out and back at the 3 mile mark to make for a total of 8 miles. This is a stroller and dog-friendly course and all are welcome.

The core group will do 7:45-8:30 mm depending on the conditions and how we are feeling, but we have no problem taking it easy for slower paces and have gone 10-11 mm. My rule is, if you come to a running group, you're not going to run alone. We are also flexible and can add in mileage for those seeking more.
