"Soul Stroll" for Women

Welcome, Sister, to the Soul Stroll! FREE EVENT

Are you in need of female friends? Whether you have just recently moved to the area or you have lived here for decades, if you want to get to know other women and create life-long friendships this group is for you.

Together, we will be walking around Lake Balboa in a gentle pace that allows for conversations to take place. Let’s share our worries and stresses of modern-day life, exchange thoughts and solutions, chat about our lives, have fun and enjoy laughter with each other. De-stress, get fresh air, and recharge.

Easy movement in your body will create movement in your life. With the support of other women, we can get through any hardships that inevitably come our way. Having the right circle of women around you is the biggest life upgrade you can experience.

Be a founding member of this newly-formed female group (July 2022). Help shape this group into the group of friends you have always wanted to belong to. This is a safe, caring, loving and supportive community. All women are welcome.

We're now walking on on Monday mornings (8:00am) and also on Saturday mornings at 8:00am. Drop in anytime, a commitment to show up regularly is not necessary!

This is a FREE event.

If you are looking to connect with women from around here, put on your walking shoes, bring a bottle of water (or sip your favorite beverage), and join us at Lake Balboa. Meet at the boat rental building (6300 Balboa Blvd., Van Nuys, CA 91316). I have my dog Mingus with me, he is a Golden Doodle, for easier identification.
