What we’re about
Short soulful walks in nature, good for connection with self, others and nature.
Since 2019 Andrew and Carmen have been hosting Soulwalks all around the UK, but mainly in Richmond (and London) as we build up fellow Soulwalkers. We now have new Soulwalks taking place around the UK which you can join from York to Wales.
We’re part of Soulhub, a place for self understanding, where we hold ‘Walk-in, Dance-out’ events, retreats, walking and dance therapy and Soulwalks. Please check us out, and if you want to hear more about all our events, sign up for the newsletter at Soulhub.
We’d love you to come join us along this journey of life.
In simple turns we love walking, talking and most often an oat latte afterwards!
If you’re into Instagram follows us at @soul_hub for regular content.
If you decide to join us for a Soulwalk please check out our terms and conditions on the Soulhub website.
You can also join us for our Soulwalk Leaders Course which enables you to learn the exercises and how we host Soulwalks so you can run your own walk.
More details can be found here at Soulhub Soulwalk Leader Course.
And finally, if you've loved Soulwalking with us, and you'd like to make a small donation to support what we do, you can do that here by buying us a coffee or two.
Upcoming events (2)
See all- Soulwalk for Men. Richmond (Nov ‘24)Hollyhock Cafe, London£12.00
Join Andrew for our first Soulwalk for Men. A gentle exploration of self, as we walk together in community.
We will lead you over approx 2 hours, whereby we share our experiences, walk with others, and learn tools to support our wellbeing.
Soulwalking for Men is branch of our main mixed gender Soulwalks. It aims to be a safe and welcoming space for men (he/him) over the age of 16 who seek to explore and develop the inner workings of soulful life. A place to find belonging, inspiration and support of fellow men without competition, domination or discrimination. A safe place to explore all the dimensions of being a man and evolve the beliefs and behavours of what it means to be a man in 2024.
Soulwalking is certainly not a religious or anti-woman group nor is it a singles hook-up group.
You don’t need to be spiritual, religious or even believe in a God to be part of Soulhub. But you may need to have a curious mind, a desire for deeper self understanding and a caring heart.
Please try to arrive before 11am, as we don’t wait for late Soulwalkers. Only therapy dogs will be accomodated.
Soulwalk is one of the things we do at Soulhub, our wellbeing community and platform, for individuals and businesses.
