Sound Healing Workshop

Learn to use your voice, percussion instruments, singing bowls, and tuning forks to balance your energies! The approach is understanding sound as part of the 7 Rs of Healing and correlating the 7 notes of the major scale with the 7 main chakras (energy centers), colors, and 5 elements. You will also get an overview of how basic music theory such as how fifths and overtones relate to sound healing. The workshop ends with participants creating their own sound baths. You are invited to bring your own instruments, which can be checked for their calibration and tuning. Please bring a drum if you have one. This workshop requires no previous knowledge of sound healing and creates a supportive learning atmosphere.
