Jump-start your week with inner joy and a positive attitude! Join us for Laughter Yoga.
• What we'll do
Laughter yoga is healing for body, mind, and spirit. It does not involve yoga poses; it’s the yoga of breath and moving energy. The “yoga” aspect of it is the mindfulness and deep breathing exercises we incorporate.
Laughing for wellness promotes healing and having fun through simple movements, lots of intentional laughter, playful activity and breathing exercises. It’s very simple, so it is available to everybody. You can even participate in a chair. Session ends with a guided awareness, which helps ground us, allowing our body to rest and fully integrate the wonderful benefits of the laughter practice.
Laughter Yoga is excellent for:

** relieving mild pain, anxiety and depression.
• What to bring
All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a willingness to have fun.
No yoga mat needed. Wear comfortable clothes.
