SUPPORT OUR GROUP: PLEASE READ EVENT DESCRIPTION

Hi all,

We have just renewed the subscription for our amazing group Southampton Social Crew for another 6 months at a price of £167.13. Although we are happy to pay this for all we get out of it, it is still a significant outlay. We do not and will not charge membership fees for our group, but would ask that if you enjoy and appreciate what we do to consider making a donation to allow us to keep the group running in the long-term. If you feel so inclined, please donate what you feel comfortable with (the average individual donation we have previously received was around £5, but it can be less or more)

To add to this, we’re hoping to do a lot more with the group going forward - including exploring fundraising activities for local charities/groups and potentially forming links with these organisations. Also Sunday walks, badminton and book clubs among other things.

If people have their own ideas please let me know. The group essentially belongs to everyone, so if you would like to suggest ideas to help us grow further, please feel free to do so! 🙂
