Two divers/lane. 6 divers max/session.

Bring your best fins. Beginners welcome.

Doors open @ 6:00pm
Warm up/Surface swim: 6:30pm - 6:45pm
Dynamic apnea (no fins): 6:45pm - 7:30pm
Dynamic apnea (bi-fins): 7:30pm - 8:00pm
Ends with a series of underwater full laps (equivalent to 75 ft dives).
