Typically folks arrive Friday afternoon and leave Sunday. The event is family oriented mainly hanging around a campfire Friday and Saturday nights. Saturday, early, there is a led ride with a lunch stop. All other meals can be purchased within [Madison Vines](https://madisonvinesrvresortandcottages.com/) itself. There are tuns of amenities at the campground.

Also make sure to add you are with the Southern Cruisers group (because they will then make every effort to keep us all as close together as possible). \*\*DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!\*\*
Our contact is Crystal, the manager. Once she gets your email, she will call you back to discuss your reservation and get your payment information.
This year our main area to hang out is going to be the Ridgeview cabins. The RV sites will be “in the valley” below the cabins. Unfortunately, the cul-de-sac sites we had last year have been changed to extended stay only sites.
\*\*You can make your reservations starting now. The cutoff will be 1/31/2025.\*\* Please get this info out to your members ASAP! After January 31, reservations will be “as available”. Reservation pricing is based on the site type / cabin size you request and a one-night deposit is required when making your reservation. PLEASE NOTE, THE PRICES CURRENTLY LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE FOR 2024. They will be having a small price increase in 2025. Please make sure to confirm the cost when making your reservation.
Available accommodations:
Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom cabins with queen bed, bunks (linens provided) / full baths (towels provided) / kitchens (most utensils provided) / AC/Heat / ceiling fans / TV / coffee makers.
RV sites with full hookups (30/50 amp up to 60 ft.)
\*\*Unfortunately, tent camping is not available.\*\*
\>There will be a scavenger hunt ride scheduled on Saturday morning\. \>There may also be a wine / bug run ride\, more details to follow\.
Lots of options for food on-site. check the activities section of campground website closer to arrival.
Activities typically offered onsite :
Friday night bingo with a light meal and beer/wine for cash only (usually $5 to $10 / bingo prizes awarded +/- $150 ,depending on attendance
Saturday lunch cook out
Saturday night meal with beverage
Sunday big breakfast
Ice cream parlor and Pizza parlor on site, hours vary
Food Lion/Subway/Old Country Store within ½ mile of campground directly on Rt29. Other restaurants are not far in either direction along Rt 29.
