There will be a cookie walk at Foodworks (141 Canal St. Brattleboro) on Monday, December 23rd at 12pm. If you'd like to participate by contributing cookies just stop by at noon on the 23rd (you're also welcome to stay, space permitting, to help hand out the cookies). If you'd like to take some cookies home then come by 12-3pm 🍪 If you want to contribute cookies/bars AND are interested in a tour of Foodworks then arrive at 11:30am so there's time before opening for staff to show you around and explain their operations.
This will be the third time I've organized this event, which consists of a big table full of homemade cookies/bars that anyone coming to Foodworks (so anyone in our community including you 🙂) can choose from so they go home with a customized package of cookies. I bring a lot of cookies, which are all vegan, and some Foodworks volunteers also bring goodies, which may or may not be vegan. It's great if you include a list of your ingredients.
Foodworks is a free grocery store on Canal St. in Brattleboro and is a program of Groundworks.
