Hainesport Pickleball Weekend Guidelines

ATTENTION: We will only hold your spot in the meetup until 10:30 AM. After 10:30 AM your spot will be given away to people on the waitlist. If you do not show up by 10:30 AM, your name will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist. When filling open spots, the order of the waitlist will be used. Since we cannot predict the number of courts that will be used by outsiders, the numbers playing may be adjusted accordingly. Please bear in mind that at 11:30 AM, all on the waitlist are welcome to play.

1. Remove your name preferably the night before if you will be unable to attend. When your name is removed minutes before meetup start time or not removed at all, another person on the waitlist may not be given sufficient notice that they can attend.
2. If you are on the waitlist, please respect the order of the waitlist. By jumping the queue and coming ahead of your spot in line, the people that are signed up ahead of you may not be given the opportunity to attend. Please watch your email, including the spam folder. Emails from SJ meetup are being sent from the courts when spots become available earlier than 10:30.
3. Sign up at another venue if you don’t get a spot or where the 10:00 start time is inconvenient for your schedule. Picklers app has events scheduled at Willow Turn in Mt Laurel and Freedom Park in Medford. Decou in Cherry Hill has numerous openings on weekends. Players Courtyard has 50 or so spots available for play on Sunday mornings and many spots designated on Saturday for open play. There are also courts located near Exit 43 off Interstate 295 in Mount Laurel off Stern Light Road.

Please be courteous so that as many people on the waitlist can also attend. There are quite a few people that want to play on the weekend that have full time jobs during the week and this is the only opportunity they have to play pickleball for the week.

Note: Beginner classes are available through Cherry Hill Township or at the Pennsauken River Road location.
