Details
Jill, age 53, has long held the belief that nature has a deep healing power for the body, mind and soul. She put that to the test by attempting a solo backpack, the Pacific Crest Trail, this year. The PCT as it is called is a 2650 mile long journey that begins at the Southern terminus at the Mexico Border of the U.S. and finishes at the Northern Terminus at the Canadian Border.
Join us while Jill shares about this epic experiencel, the raw beauty, the wildlife encountered and the trials and trepidations she had to overcome as she transformed from a day hiker to become ‘hiker trash’.
Jill owns a private practice, "Designed to Live" in downtown Burien. Her passion is guiding clients to create a life they love.
