Please join me for an extended walk from Goblin Combe, taking in Backwell and Cleeve... plus a pub stop!

This has a few long hills, 1,200ft+ ascent...

The walk
Heading up through the beautiful Goblin Combe, we head up over the hills walking through woodland, lanes and fields heading to Backwell for our planned stop at the Rising Sun..
Planned food stop in their large garden.. hoping it's not raining!
After the stop, we head to Cleeve Court before climbing moderately up through woods past mine workings before dropping back to the cars.

It's likely to be muddy in places.. well it will be November!

Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The debrief
For those that wish to stop after there are two options.. Congresbury or back to the Rising Sun! This is optional of course 😀.

**There are no public toilets at the start of this walk.**

**Livestock to include Cows, sheep and horses may be in the fields that the Public Footpath or Permitted right of way cross's and although the public have a right to cross the land, the group and walk host cannot be held responsible for how wild animals may react and you should not approach livestock whilst crossing these fields. You are responsible for closing ALL gates behind you, especially where Livestock are present.**
**Dogs are allowed on this walk. They should be kept on a lead and owners are responsible for lifting their dog over stiles etc. Owners should clean up after their dog at all times.**
**You are responsible for your transport to and from the meeting place.**
