We will play spades **EVERY ODD WEEK** (Week 1, 3 and 5). **Please have a working knowledge of Spades if you plan to participate on these weeks**. You don't have to be an expert by any means and if you are just learning we are more than willing to help you become more comfortable playing but please understand the basic concept of the game. You can pick up the general idea of the game on youtube and by playing on a phone based app. Many of us use an app called trickster.

**ON EVEN WEEKS** (week 2 and 4) We will play other games including (But not limited to) Pinochle, Cribbage, 5 crowns, take-5, play 9, "O-Hell" and/or other board/card games that can be completed in less than 20 minutes max. We base this on everybody's choice on playing an alternative game(s), and how many show up.

We will be flexible as to what other games we will play, depending on how many people are in attendance and everybody's interest in playing a different card/board game.
