Being healthy from within and out, is why I came to Yoga in 2014. I learned to become healthier and slow down my life .To listen to my body and know what does it desires. Everyday is a new day..no judgement, no expectation; just You and your mat.

Lets take our Yoga Journey together as we blend Pranayama (breathwork), Asana(postures), 8 limb path, Chakras, and Chanting into our daily practice. Laughing, hugs and sharing is definitely optional but most appreciated.. Please join me every Friday for an All Levels Practice.
