Abingdon Speakers Club

We are small friendly club where you can practice your speaking skills and overcome any fear of standing in front of an audience.
We love having guests come and join us, to find out how as a member you could reap all the benefits of Toastmasters membership, such as impromptu speaking, presenting, evaluations, and many more.
We meet on twice a month, on the first and third Wednesday evenings, at 7.15 pm to meet, greet and chat. We'll start the meeting itself at 7.30 pm, and you can sit back, and see and hear how the meeting works, and how the Toastmasters education program can be tailored to your own objectives and needs. There will be all the usual elements of a Toastmasters meeting, with prepared speeches with evaluations, and a section where we work on impromptu skills- perfect for job interviews, elevator pitches or just social situations.
