Meet the Spinoffs!
We are a group of cyclists of all ages, sizes, body types, ethnicities, political persuasions, religions, sexual orientations, intellectual capacities, and abilities who cycle the trails and back roads of Northeast Ohio and surrounding areas for fun, health, and friendship. We welcome riders from the novice to the experienced. What brings us together is a desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, share friendship, and enjoy the outdoors by cycling.

Starting point: 16200 Valley Parkway Strongsville, Cleveland Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation, Challet and Go Ape Zipline AdventuresRide Description: The entire trail is paved with curves and rolling hills. Please bring water and any snacks you wish to consume. We will plan to have lunch in Rocky River before we head back to Strongsville. There are several restaurants at the top of the hill just a few blocks from the trail. We will probably need to ride the sidewalks for those few blocks.

โข We begin at Silverlake Village Hall and Park, follow the Summit Co Bike and Hike North on residential roads through Silverlake, crossing over S.R. 59, Graham Rd., and Steels Corners Rd, then continue a short way on the Summit Co Bike and Hike trail.
โข At Cleveland Clinic, we'll jump onto Allen Road and get back onto the Bike and Hike at Seasons Rd., then onto residential streets at Barlow Rd., followed by a short stretch on Barlow, and onto the Judson leg of the Bike and Hike Trail.
โข But we jump off the Judson leg and follow a feeder trail to residential Young Road, a short bit to a DIFFERENT branch of the Bike and Hike Trail, then more residential to Fairchild and bike lane a short way into Kent, then residential again through Al Lease Park, and more residential back to Fairchild for 3/4 Mi.
โข Now residential, pass Davey House and Davey school, then cross SR 59, and a short trail to Stow Rd to John Brown Tannery Park., then, we head West on the Portage Co Bike and Hike Trail back to Middlebury.
โข North on Middlebury through residential to the Summit Co Bike and Hike Trail back to Silverlake with a side trip around Waterworks Park and back to the starting point.
FINI โบThis ride travels at 11-14 mph on average (faster downhill) and should take no more than 3 1/2 hours It is rated for cyclists who enjoy cycling at moderate speeds on trails and low-traffic roads with a few hills. It should be a fun ride - FINE for a fit (๐ ต๐ ธ๐, got it?) beginner cyclist.
