Discover natural ways to relieve pain and promote healing in this empowering and relaxing class led by Holistic Health Practitioner and Wellness Educator, Lynn Pridmore.
Each week, Lynn will guide you through a variety of techniques to help you manage and alleviate pain naturally. Each class is carefully designed to relieve discomfort and cultivate calm in your body and mind.
This hands-on comforting series will address:
• Jin Shin Jyutsu – an ancient Japanese art releasing congestion in energy pathways to promote pain relief, harmony, balance and calm
• Breathwork – focused breathing techniques for pain relief, relaxation and stress management
• Reflexology – applying pressure to key points on the feet, hands, and ears to encourage whole-body healing
• Meditation – guided experiences aimed at calming the mind and stimulating the body’s natural healing ability
• Somatic Therapy– gentle movements designed to release tension and trauma stored in the body
• Qigong – an ancient Chinese practice combining movement, breath and intention to cultivate vitality, peace and calm
Open to all levels, this class offers practical skills for natural pain management. No experience necessary. Dress comfortably and join us from the comfort of your home!
