Red Tent Event - New Moon in Cancer, July 5

Join your sisters to reclaim your feminine energy and flow to alchemize your medicine. The red tent allows for women of all ages, from maiden to crone, to join in the connection to their bodies with love and wonder. It allows women to connecting authentically with each other for sharing stories and celebrating the womb.

With the New Moon in Cancer it is a good time to commit to personal goals and positive energies. It is a time to honor our deepest intimate feelings and find the sense of security and safety in what we call home.
Here we allow ourselves to be supported and to support others in return as we prepare to make important changes in our lives. Making plans and setting the stage for new beginnings and enhancing our home and family lives.

What’s included:
-Yoga practice for releasing pain during menstrual cycle and enhancing safety in the body.
-Earthing and discharging stuck energy held in the body.
-Sacred circle and connection to the Four Elements
-Teaching and integrating the moon with your cycle
-Developing your intuition and gifts
-Journal/Reflecting with supportive sharing circle
-Closing circle

*Wearing red is encouraged. Bring a yoga mat or towel with a water bottle. Snacks and drinks are provided. Bring a candle, a crystal, and your journal. Arrive as your authentic self in full presence.
