West meets East
Join us for whole-body relaxation, stress reduction, and Re-Energizing and Restoring your body to it's natural state of equilibrium, quietness, and balance.Welcome in moments of greater joy, and have a gentle/seated and beginner friendly practice of meditation and inner guidance. In this practice, we embrace the art of surrendering to the wisdom that flows from within and without.
As we relax our bodies and quiet our minds, we open ourselves to receive intuitive guidance in the form of images, words, and feelings... by connecting with the universal life force of Qi or "Chi"... around and within...
Allow yourself to release tension and resistance, as we release tension in the physical body, quiet over-thinking and worries in the mind, and rebalance our emotions, and enhance our sense of interconnectedness...
Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a moment of peace, Sunday Qigong 10am EST, is a time you can have for yourself to relax, reduce stress and rejuvenate yourself! All the while staying grounded.
** What if I'm new? If you've done any sort of body practice (Yoga, pilates, stretching or meditation) and you can follow guided instructions, then you can do this practice!
**Jacqueline's unique step by step teaching style: After a brief check-in,
She first leads us through a guided body tension release and gentle relaxation that you can always do seated or standing.
Followed by: seated or standing guided relaxation
Then: Meditative Qigong, building universal life-giving kind/loving energy
** How can I learn if I'm new? As a beginner-friendly class, you'll know you're doing it "right" if you are starting to feel a sense of relaxation, and the first classes are not focused on accuracies of intricate movements.
Small classes online! Many older adults join the online class due to Jacqueline's grounded and easy to follow practice, that she has cultivated over 5 years of teaching.
