Last but not least: What do I mean with "Spirituality"?

Well with that I don’t mean sitting in a cave, meditating all the time and avoiding playing the Game of Life. I also don’t mean to use some spiritual techniques to talk yourself out of a bad situation with the subtle knowledge that you are actually only fooling yourself.

For me a spiritual understanding is the key to play and enjoy the Game of Life to the fullest – as it is meant to be.

It is a deep knowledge that you are whole and complete and that everything, what you really need is always with you. And from that inner space of love, abundance and peace of mind you can create the life you desire – without the hard hustle and a lot of stress.
