In essence though: It's pub trivia with questions from various topics from entertainment/history and other areas.

Playstyle

The questions flash on a big display screen and you download an app or go to a web link on your phone to answer them (will be explained in the beginning), but you only have moments to answer each one before it moves onto the next.

So trying to google the answers will just waste time in answering them !

Meet Time

Can meet around 7:10pm, 20 minutes before 1st round, to meet and get a handle on the game.

Rounds

There are 2 rounds lasting 45 minutes, 1 that goes from 7:30pm-8:15pm, 2nd that goes from 8:30pm to 9:15pm (can stay for 1 or 2 rounds, or whenever you decide to stop playing)

Teams

Anyone attending this event can decide to play on your own or as part of however large a group you want, pretty sure there will be other people in the bar playing as well (if it's not a slow night). I myself will be on my own team and won't dictate how others are made so totally up to everyone else.

Winners

Best performing teams will be recognized at end of event and, depending on how well you did overall, may be eligible for rewards from the bar itself (have to ask them for details)

The objective is to score by advancing the ball into the opponent's end zone without tackling. Instead of being tackled, a player is considered down when an opponent touches them with two hands. This format encourages inclusivity, allowing players of all skill levels to participate. Friendly two-hand touch football is often played informally among friends or at community events, making it a great way to enjoy the sport while promoting camaraderie and exercise.
