Forest Park Taco Tuesday

Meet INSIDE of the Visitor Center. We run either direction of the outer paved or gravel loop for 5-6 miles. There are options to cut through the park to shorten the route or run an out and back. Pace: 7-13 min per mile. The Visitor Center has indoor restrooms and is open until 8pm. Bring a lamp and/or safety vest as there are parts of the route that are dark. No one runs alone!

We will head to dinner in the surrounding area afterwards. Hope to see you there!
