What we’re about
A friendly group for tabletop role playing games. (D&D and similar games)
New players are always welcome. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of knowledge or experience.
We're probably going to start off running some one-shots of various RPGs, and eventually start some campaign games.
One of the purposes of this group is to allow GMs to use this meetup to set up their own game sessions. Are you a GM who wants to start a new game? Or recruit new players to an existing game? You can use our group to sign up players and schedule your games.
We also have a Discord server: https://discord.gg/CNAHTbjCBf

See all- Story Games Night: Fedora Noir & Someone Has DiedBlack Harbor Gaming, Largo, FL
Tonight I'll be bringing two light card-based storytelling games - Someone Has Died and Fedora Noir. We can play one or both. These are good games for beginners.
No experience necessary. Beginners Welcome!
Someone Has Died is an improvisational storytelling game set at a will arbitration.
We are gathered here today because someone has died… and you want their stuff! With only a hand of cards to guide them, players take on the role of weird characters who are coming out of the woodwork to prove to an estate keeper that they are the most deserving of the deceased’s fortune.
You don't need to see it, but here's a tutorial video: https://www.someonehasdiedgame.com/howtoplayIn Fedora Noir, you create the story of a flawed private investigator in the style of a film noir. Players take on the roles of the Detective, their Partner, their Flame – and their Hat, the Detective’s sharp mind and inner voice. Together, players explore the Detective’s messy life against the backdrop of a difficult case.
