I am a Psychologist who coaches entrepreneurs on reducing their stress and becoming resilient in future stressful situations.

In my events, I will discuss subjects related to stress. We will not meditate or practice breathing exercises. I am convinced that if you want to reduce your stress level, you will have to change your mindset and make (tough) decisions that will change your behaviour in the future.

All my events will take place virtually and in English.
