The holiday season can bring great joy, wonderful family reunions, and connection with old friends, but this time of year can also be hectic, overwhelming, and a stressful experience.

Join Terri for a complete Qigong flow routine that will combine the best of Qigong to transform stress and anxiety back into vitality. The self-care sequence will include Qigong warm-ups, Pai Da (self-massage), healing sounds for our organs, meditative breathing, tense and release exercises, and finish with gentle easy flowing movements.

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining physical, mental, and emotional health. Breathing is slow, long, and deep, and movements are gentle and smooth, aimed for relaxation. No previous experience is required, and movements can be modified for the individual participant.

Important Details: Please wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a water bottle (optional)
