Steel City Ukuleles @ Butler Airport (New event and location)

Steel City Ukuleles is a long standing music club in the Pittsburgh area. The group meets at several different locations each week. We have now expanded to way north of Pittsburgh.

Steel City Ukuleles at the Butler Airport presents a fun and exciting music making jam in the first floor conference room hosted by Ed S and Tall Paul. This is a new event to be held on the first and third Thursday each month.

Beginners to novices to intermediates and beyond are welcome. It doesn’t matter if you know how to play a C chord or not, everyone can join in as we play and sing. Download the PDF file to your tablet, laptop or phone or just print out the songs you want. As an added convenience we will also project the songs onto a screen.

Come at 6:45 to chat, tune up and set up. Bring your favorite ukulele, music, song sheets, a music stand (tabletop) and a smile. A $3 donation is appreciated.

Directions:
Airport is south of Butler, PA.
Take Rt 8 to Airport Rd - follow airport Rd about a mile. Large two story building on left with a full size military cobra attack helicopter in the parking lot (hard to miss). Serventi’s on the runway Italian Restaurant is on the second floor.
