I have created this group Stepping it Up to Scale Down Pounds for those that are looking to get outside and move their body with one of the most convenient exercises, walking. If you are like me and have 100+ pounds to lose or are just looking to get some more steps in then this might be the group for you. I usually like to go an average of 3 miles per hour. I’m also hoping to build connections with others who enjoy being outdoors and seeing friendly faces.
