Are you Living With a Narcissist? ~
-We will be understanding terms, types and behaviors of the narcissist, understanding things like gaslighting, flying monkeys and other things.
-Learn how to live with them, communicate or discuss what your other choices are, ie., healthy boundaries. We'll discuss resources and help create a safe, validating community.There will be time for questions.
When: 9a ~ Wednesday 6p /90 min**3rd Wed of the month
