Sahaja Yoga means 'Spontaneous Union with the Divine’.
One can attain this union by a process called 'Self Realization'.
After Self Realization, one can go into meditation effortlessly and attain peace, balance and joy. The benefits of Self Realization can be sustained through the regular practice of Sahaja Yoga meditation.
