Tuesday Evening Weekly Run

Pace for this run is between 10:00 to 11:00 min/mile. All runners are welcome! If you are hesitant to join us because you don't think you can keep up, come on out, we don't leave anyone behind!

Distance for Forest Park runs (Turtle Park or Visitor Center start depending on the time of year) is 6 miles for the main group. Sometimes a group will break off and do a 1/2 loop for 3-4 total miles.

Turtle Park location meets in the parking lot. Visitor Center location meets inside the Visitor Center building.
