What we’re about

This is a group for anyone interested to meet and practice yoga. Get to know more about yourself through yoga, get stronger, release stress and make your mind calm and focus. The classes are adapted to the participants: If you are a beginner we will guide you so you practice your yoga safely and if you are an experienced yogi we will safely guide you into furthering your yoga practice. Lets meet and do yoga together! Namaste.
