Welcome to Stomping On Eggshells: Navigating High Conflict Divorce Meetup. If you are divorcing or co-parenting with a high-conflict person, this group offers hands-on, practical strategies within a supportive group setting. Areas of discussion include:

- Journaling the right way
- Organizing documentation
- Co-parenting communications with less stress
- Getting the best out of your attorney
- Preparing for GAL evaluations and Parenting Coordinator engagements
Members are bound by shared experiences co-parenting with a person who exhibits narcissistic traits. You're welcome no matter where you are in the process. Post-separation abuse and its manifestations will be underlying themes, including coercive control, counter-parenting, harassment, and financial abuse.
READ BEFORE REQUESTING TO JOIN: This group supports targeted parents through the lens of research-backed post-separation abuse and coercively controlling behaviors that create a power imbalance between parents. The group's values do not subscribe to the theory of Parental Alienation or PAS, which discredits the experiences of domestic abuse survivors when applied by an abuser. This is to be a safe space for targeted parents. But, unfortunately, many high-conflict persons and abusers attempt to maliciously use the strategies meant to empower a targeted parent to further maintain a position of power and control. So, be advised that that any member whose actions go against this group's values and objectives will promptly be removed.

I am the founder of Stomping On Eggshells LLC, a custody and co-parenting coaching service that helps targeted parents navigate a combative divorce with a high-conflict partner. Trained in trauma-informed domestic violence victim advocacy, I created this group to make high conflict divorce coaching accessible and affordable, and to help take some of the terror out of the experience.
