Learn to manage your stress and feel more relaxed and focused in a matter of minutes! Those joining this workshop will be shown the basic steps of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), a powerful, holistic approach to regulating your nervous system to feel more calm and more present. Attendees will learn how EFT works and will have the opportunity to experience EFT during the workshop.
EFT is a powerful and effective stress management tool that can be used whenever you are feeling overwhelmed by reducing the intensity of any strong, unpleasant emotions such as fear, anger, frustration, sadness, or guilt.
This free online event is being hosted by Paul J. Hermelin, an accredited and certified clinical EFT practitioner.

- Any person joining the Zoom call who becomes a source of disruption will be immediately removed, reported and not be allowed back in.
