Hey Everyone! My name is Marta Paley and I am happy to welcome you in my fitness group!

I little bit about me:

  • Professionally certified fitness trainer & Nutritionist
  • Circus performer
  • Former ballerina

I am a professional trainer with 8 years of experience, and as a circus performer, I engage in mindful fitness that will help you get to know your body and get it in good shape, while also instilling the habit of regular exercise.

My idea of a perfect workout is one where you really think about what you're doing. I try to give each person attention, explain how to do exercises, and make the workout fun and motivating.

With me, you'll understand how your body works, feel your deep muscles working, and most importantly, get toned without hurting yourself!

Mobility of joints, stretching, and strengthening of core, back, and leg muscles are the foundation of my comprehensive workouts, which I design myself to keep my body toned for both daily life and circus activities.

I will be happy to see fitness enthusiasts on my Stretching & Mobility sessions

During my sessions, I strive to give attention to each individual, as everyone is unique and requires a personalized approach.
