Hi Everyone!!

I am making a committment to myself to walk everyday and walk in nature through the holidays.
If you have the opportunity of being available 10am weekdays.....walk with me at Bayard Arborteum (No Saturday, Sunday)(Mondays, they r closed)!!! If it rains or if it's extremely cold(I will walk in the cold) I wont be there but Im going to try my best to be there everyday. It's a walk for good health so it will be at Able-to-Talk-Walking Pace not a very slow walk.
This "Walk with Tia" program will be an everyday thing for me but it doesn't have to be for you. If you are free during this time on any weekday, any week join me. I will be there. Parking is free too.
