Lean Coffee ist ein strukturiertes aber initial Agenda-loses Treffen. Die Teilnehmer treffen sich, erschaffen die Agenda und beginnen zu reden. Die Gespräche sind zielgerichtet und produktiv, weil die Agenda für das jeweilige Treffen demokratisch und aktuell zustande gekommen ist.
