This month we have a Full Moon in Taurus. The Taurus Full Moon is an invitation to come home to ourselves. Taurus is ruled by Venus and teaches us that our earthly existence is nothing short of a miracle. We are beautiful in every way, as is our life's journey. This Moon directs our attention to our bodies and our embodiment of energy in this lifetime. Taurus reminds us that no matter how chaotic life can feel within or around us, we always have resources to support us.
We will tap into Full Moon energy through Guided Meditation, Tarot/Oracle Card Readings, Journal Prompts, and Community Connection.
You are welcome to bring something to add to a Full Moon Altar we will create together - Crystals, photos, candles, feathers, or anything your heart wants to add!
Please bring a yoga mat, journal/paper, and something to write with.

Awakening Under the Full Moon’s Light. A Special Collaboration with the Sound Sorcery & Rebecca Blondell.

Step into stillness and spaciousness, where sound and breath help you release old energy and return to a state of balance.

In a safe and nurturing space, Rebecca Blondell invites you to access quiet and deep listening through meditation and somatic awareness. The transformative power of gentle breathwork and mantra (sound/vibration) aids in releasing old, stuck energy, empowering you to feel a deep release and embrace a sense of freedom.

During an extended savasana, Drew and Kelly of The Sound Sorcery will envelop you in a healing soundscape of crystal singing bowls, cosmic gongs, and heavenly harp, among other alchemic instruments. Soothing vibrations transcend thoughts, resonating on a cellular level, and guiding your mind and body into deep rest and reset.

Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided. Please bring water and wear layers for comfort.

Join Kim and friends in sharing mantras, songs, stories, and deep tuning into our inner vibrations. The benefits are similar to a sound bath with the option to participate.

Gathering, singing, and sharing stories together has been a traditional practice across many cultures and lineages for thousands of years. Kirtan [in Sanskrit] translates to 'narrating, reciting' and is rooted in Hindu tradition (bhakti yoga), however, the practice is parallel to other cultures. All are welcome, no experience required.
