Come join us for a rejuvenating morning of beach yoga on 57th St. + Atlantic Ave in Virginia Beach!
Start your day off right with a peaceful session of yoga while listening to the calming sounds of the waves. This class is the perfect way to connect with nature, to yourself and to help calm the mind.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all are welcome to participate.
This class is donation based. Suggested donation is $10-15 and can be made through Venmo: @Lora-Lakanal , or in person.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to claim your spot, class will begin promptly at 7 am. Don't forget to bring a towel (or yoga mat), water, and sunscreen. There is street parking on 57th, 58th and surrounding streets. We will meet close to the Ocean, in front of The Wyndham Hotel on 57th street.
