Laguna Beach Art Walk, "Walk the Walk!"

The City of Laguna Beach hosts the Art Walk on the first Thursday evening of every month. Over 40 galleries are open showing their spectacular art with complimentary wine and snacks. Join Randy and Meetup friends at 7 PM to "Walk the Walk" as we gallery and museum hop through this world class art colony.

MEETING LOCATION: We meet at the entry to the Laguna Village Shops and Cliff Restaurant, located at 577 South Coast Highway. The Meetup will be at the shops entry, curbside PCH. You will be redirected to the location of our Mixer in Brown's Park shown below.

PRE-HIKE MIXER: Please arrive thirty minutes early (6:30 PM) to the Meetup with a brown bag bottle of wine and cups to share. You will be directed from the Cliff to a nearby ocean front terrace for an "ART WALK MIXER." The Mixer will be located in Brown's Park a "pocket park" adjacent to north side of the Cliff parking lot with a spectacular ocean view. The Meetup time and start of the Art Walk will be at 7 PM.

ABOUT THE HIKE: This is a beginner walking experience that is more about enjoying beautiful art, gallery hosted wine tasting with assorted snacks, live music, people watching, and Meetup socializing. Your event host will provide a suggested route, with walkers free to enjoy the Art Walk at their own pace. The route usually covers approximately two/three miles over a two hour period of time.... if you wish to follow it. The goal is to keep moving as we explore the galleries on both sides of PCH and downtown Laguna.... with a possible stop at the Laguna Beach Museum of Art (free admittance for the Art Walk patrons). At the 9 PM conclusion of ART WALK, you will have the option to gather at Skyloft for live jazz and dancing! Needless to say, the Laguna Beach Art Walk is a truly amazing way to get some exercise!!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From the 405, 5 and 73 Freeways, exit at Highway 133 South, which becomes Laguna Canyon Road and Broadway in downtown Laguna Beach. At Pacific Coast Highway, turn left. Continue to 577 South Coast Highway, the Laguna Village Shops and Cliff Restaurant will be on your right. Valet parking is available at the Cliff Restaurant. Metered and free parking are available street side and in municipal and retail parking lots that are near our Meetup location. Please understand that parking for this event is always a challenge, so plan on arriving early.
