Brighton non-duality café
Details
According to Rupert Spira, non-duality is “the understanding that underlies all of the great spiritual and religious traditions,” and it can be distilled into two sentences: “Peace and happiness are the nature of our being, and we share our being with everyone and everything.” Others such as Alan Watts have a less rosy view of the experience of the non-dual, seeing it as creating a radical shift in consciousness that will force you to rethink your entire existence. Either way, this is a chance to see what is shared in a friendly and accepting environment, and to explore questions around the nature of reality and how we live it, with coffee and cake!
